Membership Eligibility :

Membership is open to all private individuals and body corporates** who own passenger cars and light commercial vehicles up to a BTM of 3000 kg. Membership is on a 'one card, one vehicle' basis wherein it is a condition that vehicles registered under the membership programme must duly comply with all relevant provisions, laws and regulations of the Road Transport Act 1987 and the laws of Malaysia.

** Corporate Membership:
1. Same membership rate as individual membership
2. All registered vehicles under a common corporate membership shall share a common membership number and expiry date

There are two basic types of membership:
1. Total Assist Standard Card (Total Standard)
2. Total Assist Gold Card (Total Gold)

There is no joining fee for both types of membership.
